Fair point @ITG 🇮🇸, but I was at work well before I'd usually get out of bed, much less dressed & on a train & across London, so I'm counting it :P

Mostly done today's had PT so did 3 x 30sec planks, just need to do 2 side planks later.
And see what good deed I could do.

Have not managed to keep up with the exercises this year - though I will blog the day 6 targets this year/next year when I have a chance. Lots of good ideas reading through everyone elses
