I got day 11 done :-) but walked the last 4 split squats, as that was the only thing that really upset the knee

Haha not the first time I’ve used wine bottles I’d I’ve not had weights to hand. Good call and again wow on the hair.

All done here I do single leg calf raises for 6 so I did those with weights too as well as the squats.

Day 11 done, split over two sessions with a slightly fraught call with my Dad in between. (Finally worked out that it wasn’t him in hospital but one of his friends…)

Day 11 done.

Some progression: I've gone from 50 reps in 45s on the mountain climbers to 80, and pushed out the final plank to 60s. Still doing geriatric looking burpees though.
