I think my side planks are a bit weak. I also think the basic idea of 12 days is to take a good long hard look at your flooring.

Done :) - I can do the T-bit OK, need to work on depth of push ups
Did 4 each side as I didn’t read on after the instructions.

All done the mountain climbers I did back to back today (been doing 1 then Wall sit, then 2nd) wow I felt it.

Done, but I wasn’t hovering just above the floor as in the video. I’ve picked up Chunkywizard’s clicky hips now on the mountain climbers which are still my least favourite.
