Done! Had to adapt to on knees for the press up but did the T bit properly. No pic today as there was no one to take it and I'm not clever enough to set the camera up somewhere on timer 😁. Really enjoying this x

Today is done .Not encountered a T press up before but did it on the stairs and did 4 each side.

Thanks FlyingScotsman for introducing me to a new exercise.I am sure my PT will know all about them especially when I tell him about them.

Done - I quite liked the T press-ups, did them with knees down today but might try the full version tomorrow. I don't think I'm doing star jumps right though...

Good idea on doing the full T press up (ie not from knees) using the stairs - may try that tmrw.

Day 4 done here. Didn't mind the T press ups at all but still hate those mountain climbers with my back still clicking even on the slow versions

Day 4 done! Definitely read it as forty press-ups the first time… the T bit I like but oh dear I haven’t done press-ups in a while.

If no stairs you could use a wall or a bench easy to adapt.
