Well done FF and HS. Sounds positive Steve, hopefully the reduced dose is fine for you. Enjoy Malta LL. Another 3 mile walk this afternoon with the wee man on his bike, hoping he will sleep tonight. |

Thanks Lesley. It sounds good, you walking with the wee man on his bike. The exercise should make him sleepy 😴

Enjoy the warmth LL! Hope the biking tired the little un out Lesley!! What a damp, dank morning and dark when I went out , 13c was ideal though. 3.3 miles wasn't as smooth as I'm aiming for but nice kicking fallen autumn leaves along the river trail. |

Well done Steve for another early morning run. A very wet forest run this morning with the Monday Group. I had intended to run 11 miles, but the others weren't keen. They ran 8, and I did an extra mile |

I get cadence with me fenix 6 but only get the other data when I wear my tri HRM which is even more bizarre!

Nice running Steve and HS. Ran my usual 7 mile route after the aim had stopped. It was very breezy on the hill. Hope the wee man slept well Lesley.

Thanks Jaks. Well done for this mornings 7 miles. It wasn't raining when we started our run this morning, but then the heavens opened. Thankfully, it didn't last the whole time.

Well, compared to all your amazing runs, mine pales into insignificance! This morning on the local cycleway, I set off on what was to be a continuous 5K run, except I 'cheated' as I had an 'emergency stop' (it can happen to old men!!) after 3K with Garmin paused, and then carried on afterwards. My final time was 36:05 - the quickest I've done since starting back after my knee injury. [As a comparison, the almost last parkrun I did was just before lock-down in Jan. 2020, when my time was just under 28 minutes]. Maybe I'll be able to improve my current time a little, but at nearly 78 I'm not too hopeful!

I'd say that's rather good Evangel especially after your knee issue, well done and I'm sure as you say there's improvement to be made.
