Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

I must try to find some time to catch up on everyone’s news - safe to say life has gone up a notch, work is beyond busy as we get into final throes if my first conference (with what I can only say my colleague feels less than helpful, def less helpful than I’d be handing over a job 🤬 but I’m winning so far)

2 nights running sitting down for first time at 9.30, last night I was asleep by now.

Anyway I am sending great & happy running vibes and hoping you’re over Covid Ev. Be back in touch properly soon.

Thanks GG, but I didn't really feel too bad after the first day. But my wife tested positive yesterday. So now we've swapped roles in a sense.

I've just discovered that I've been awarded the 'Full of Hot Air' badge - for 1000 forum posts. I'm not sure whether that is a compliment or a gentle insult! I'm sure that others in this thread will have earned that long ago - yes?

Evangel the posting badges are new, so lots of them landed yesterday.
There are even a handful with the 100,000 badge...

Just over 5 miles this morning. It was very dark so stuck to the streets. Will need to look out the head torch again. Autumn is definitely here now.

Well done Lesley for your run, and GG for your 10,000 miles badge.

I ran a solo, challenging 12k on roads this morning, incorporating as many hills as possible.

Only a couple of weeks now until the Club's Solent Half Marathon.
