Enjoy your long weekend GG.

Well done hillstrider.

10 miles in total this morning. 2m warm up (as if it isn't already warm enough) then I ran the August virtual mile, (I'm getting slower) and then I filled in the remaining time I had with 7 miles slightly progressive.

Big Dipper Big Training hs! Well done as usual. And a ten miler isn't to be sneezed at FF! And with progressive effort too.
Nice to see animals like that hs. And nice growing up near a dairy farm gg.

I bury my head and turn a blind eye to the unfortunate, inevitable and necessary way most calves then "move on" (or mooove on☹️).
Your experiences with prescription drugs could never leave you feeling positive about them gg. Not nice at all. Enjoy your days away in the boat. I forgot it was coming up to a Bank Holiday. (Or Public Holiday more appropriate these days... especially when banks are disappearing fast!)
A zone 3 attempt this morning failed and when I got to 140 BPM I could have collapsed so quickly knocked it back and enjoyed a more sedate walk/run over two miles. Just four years ago I could run steadily at pace at that HR for plenty of miles. More tomorrow! A gluten for punishment!!
Sensational Josh Kerr last night🏃

Well done Steve, still persevering, but being sensible at the same time.

I agree, Josh Kerr was sensational, probably because of his great self belief.

Your run with friends sounds nice LL, in fact running in drizzle sounds nice tbh.
