Great to see you swittle and Derby! Dig in!! Put the binoculars away and get there quicker DT! (You'll know what I'm on about).
I'm not running today, any extra day off gives my foot time to become 100%. And really, unless I do take a break as I mentioned I only intend to do a few miles between now and the end of the year. Hope the in coming storm doesn't spoil your runs folks.

Many thanks everyone for your kind birthday wishes, and a warm welcome to all "new comers"

Stay safe anyone running today from the forecast gale force winds.

Thanks for your kind welcome, 'Thousanders'. And happy birthday, HS, for yesterday.

In Crosby, the winds are strong, about 30mph from SE, and it's bracing! Not likely to be as destructive as Arwen here; hope the NE escapes the worst.

Wind S 23mph this evening, so I might run up the beach, turbo assisted - and walk home... ;)

More than windy here in South Wales...hmm... it's a gale! Didn't run but spent an hour doing weights and stretches while the wind howled outside.

Thanks Swittle.

Very windy here yesterday and some roads were flooded. Internet went down in the afternoon and only came back up at around 8am this morning.

I ran 6.17 miles in the forest with a few efforts.

So missing running here. But after giving in yesterday I feel better today so hoping another day will get me back on the line. To complete a garmin challenge I need another 96.5 miles so I think I will have to say that one is out of reach but I’ll see how close I can get. That is if this cold allows.
