GG it's under Race, Standards and on the right there are 3 races with your wava score and animal. However you need 3 different distances to qualify.

Good to hear from you again Geordieclaus.
Sorry that you had adverse effects from your booster Jab. I was lucky as I only had an ache in the arm later that evening, and it was OK next morning. Good luck for your RED challenge.

You are still running Steve and that is the main thing. I no longer worry about how much slower I am these days, but do take comfort that my WAVA 's are still similar. I will be on the next level for tomorrow's 10 mile birthday run.

I had forgotten about the relationship between WAVA's and animals.
This morning was a very easy pace 10k road run.

Using the fech WAVA calculator yesterday's 5k was 66.76%. If I ran the same time tomorrow, it would be 67.97% Getting old does have some benefits 😂

I only look at my WAVA now and my recent times all beat my PB’s on WAVA.
Except my 10k PB this year which was a 67.
It helps when your not much good to start there’s not so far to fall.
I only started running at 46 so never reached the heights you guys did.

Nice running everyone. I just feel lucky that I can! 10 miles of trail today I took someone’s place in a 6 hour event it was loops I only did 3 as hadn’t planned to run it.

Happy running everyone 😀

It's a birthday then hs! Happy Birthday! Hope the birthday run went fantastically. Enjoy the day too.
Wow, ten miles LL and on trails and off the cuff too!
A little two miler for me that's all. I'm four short of my 2019 total which I'll tick off. I could go to beat the 1072 from the year before but seriously thinking of some consecutive days of not running. Interesting article in Runners World ( January edition) about having up to a month off. I don't think much of Runners World overall though but I get a free subscription!

Thanks everyone, there were 7 of us doing my birthday run, celebrating my 76th. We ran 9.8 miles in the forest, finishing before the rain. We had home made mince pies 🥧 and Prosecco at the finish. Very pleased with average pace of 10.29 minute miling, over 354 ft total elevation.
