The inov8’s are on their last legs hs but like a pair of old slippers. Just the weight difference is significant to the merrels. I’ll have to just put up with it.

Sounds like a lovely run I so need to train not just run. How are all putting me to shame with your intervals & set training runs. Well done guys.

I am on the bench at the moment. I think I have a virus have a cough and feel wobbly. No temperature of loss of taste and also negative for Covid. I have missed 2 runs so far but even if I wanted to be silly and try to run I'm unable.
Hopefully it will be short lived.

Hope you are better soon LL. I’m still ill too, so haven’t ran in over a week. Lots of cold type viruses out there at the moment.

Bad deal LL, hope you're ok soon. A chance for your legs to recharge.
Not just wanting to join the club of poorlies I felt unwell over the weekend after my nine miler

Not quite right today but did 3.2 on a wonderfully, clear, calm dawning. I'll have a low mileage this week because I won't run for a day or two after my booster jab.

Hope you haven't got the lurgy Steve! Well done for running anyway.

A lovely morning, sunny, but not too hot. Ran 8.29 miles in the forest with the Monday Group.

Met up with two running buddies and a 2 year old for lunch at midday. 😀
