That looks very snowy, well done getting out. I avoided the snowy run here yesterday as it was already in thaw and lethal underfoot. No run planned today but we'll see how being back at work goes! My cough is still lingering so here's hoping we're over it soon. |

Just damp here, bit chilly but no ice or snow. Basically miserable winter weather! Four road miles done and just continuing a routine of getting out early every morning. My grand intention of pursuing a plan with intervals and hill efforts thrown in has yet to materialize! It's a "must" really but I'm waiting for nicer temperatures and eagerness! |

Well done duo for yesterday's 10k in the cold. Well done Peter for yesterday's 3.2 miles in icy conditions. I'm sorry that you are still suffering from your cough Lesley, but well done for your 7 miles on Saturday, and 2 miles this morning. I hope that your cough soon clears up. That's a nice snowy 🌨 picture. I see that you decided not to run today gg, because of your lingering cough. That seems like a sensible decision. Well done Steve for your 4 miles this morning in the damp. EdGreig, I hope that you have a safe journey home today. This morning was a nice chatty 7.2 miles on roads with the Monday Group. It was very windy round the marina. |

Ditto to all your comments HS. Well done to you on your 7 I did a similar distance in horrible conditions. I had intended running on Sunday but because it was slippery I moved it to today which meant I didn't really have a good mindset but I dug in and got it done.

3.8 miles at tail end of day. Some nasty ice patches lingering on. Takes me to 26.

Thanks @EdGreig very tempting as I have a friend who lives in Tromso. She has stage 4 cancer - so I need to go out and see her - she sent a message yesterday about someone who ran the polarnight race in fancy dress and quipped that seeing me run in fancy dress would be worth staying alive for.
