Glad to see the running mojo has returned FF. Good luck crossing your 700 line tomorrow Steve. It’s pouring down again here too d I’m praying the forecast is right tomorrow sick has a brighter day and allegedly no rain in the morning. I’m doing The Drop with a friend, we are basically being kidnapped and blindfolded our phones and watches sealed in a bag and drive. 15m as the crow flies and have to find our own way home. Wowsers GG good luck with that. Good luck for your 700 Steve. I did my 11th Parkrun on the Island of Ireland this morning and it was blowing a hooley. Great news to see you’re recovering Jaks. Good running HS. The amount of miles you do FF you can have a bit of the CBA’s occasionally. |

How exciting gg! The Drop sounds great fun. Keep an eye on where the sun is before being blindfolded! 15 miles doing that is quite something. That must have been a tough park run LL but hey, you did it again, well done in the hooley! And 11k pretty much ok for you hs. Indeed that game wouldn't have been something I could've done now or then---going up would be reasonable but down , another matter! |

Good luck GG! Well done on the 700 Steve, so pleased for you. Glad you are recovering Jaks. Good parkrunning LL. Hoping the rain will go away soon. It's been pretty wet again the last couple of days. Massive puddles at Parkrun this morning. 12.5 miles done. Not the best run I have had recently but I was out last night, late night and I was quite hungry during my run. |
