Wow Steve, a kingfisher, amazing. I have never seen one before.
Peter is really getting the miles in, keep at it.
Hello ๐ Wabo.
Don't feel guilty GG, you had surgery and need to recover.
I did 10.5 miles on Saturday, longest I have done in a while. I chose a hilly and traily route, it was enjoyable and I managed the hills.
I was out early this morning and did some hills. Our town is on a hill and some streets are just pure hill so I ran 4 of them. They are pretty long and the 2nd one I did is pretty steep. I was pleased I managed them all with no walking. I think the strength training I'm doing is helping.

Well done Lesley for your hill running Saturday and this morning. Those sorts of sessions will definitely make you stronger, and improve your stamina.

Excellent work Lesley, strength work is so beneficial but sometimes itโs hard to see it day to day.

Well done Lesley. I wish I could get motivated to do some strength work but never really know where to start. 5 miles took me over the line today.
I have a lovely woodpecker who regularly visits my bird feeder.
