Good running everyone. Enjoy your trips LL and FF and your boat GG.
I did some hilly intervals on Tuesday and a easy paced run with another couple of ladies yesterday morning.
I did a farmer's walk today too HS - not with shopping but with weights at an exercise class. It was hard but a good exercise.

Lol at Mr Invincible GG.
Shame about your friend selling their boat but life and circumstances make change necessary sometimes.

Thanks Lesley. Nice to see you're getting out fairly regularly again. Nice to have ran with company yesterday.

I know that "upping the pace when you see someone" hs!! However this last few months since heart query I've just said "sod it"... whoever I see and plod along. Took a while to accept it but now I feel more free. Hilly intervals! Phew to that Lesley! Dentist was fine, next appointment in April! Time runs on. Flu jab here is a clinic with ten nurses delivering the jab along a long hallway in GP centre. In and out within 90 seconds! 6 .1 miles early today when it was just 5.8c...but clear and calm. Great along trails and through fields with low hanging autumnal mist.

Glad that you’re more at peace with your current situation and the most important part is that you’re still able to be out there ❤️
I did the Dr K Cup run today I checked what I’d predicted and thought not a hope in hell I can do that (28:45) so thought I’ll try for a sub 30 (29:59) Still waiting for my run to upload to see how I did. I think I was nearer the original estimate but happy to just put in a faster (for me) run.

Time in 28:55 I would have been 10s off never thought I’d get that down here, so miles off for the challenge but happy with my result!

Thanks Steve we knew it wasn't there long and the only opportunity for us was to tag it onto our holiday. We're looking forward to seeing it.
I was way off with my DrK prediction GG because our parkrun measures short I walked back up the course to run in with someone to make sure I got 5k. If the course measured correctly then I'd have been 3 seconds out according to my parkrun result.
A parkrun sandwich today gives me another 7 miles and parkrun gave me another seasons best by a second 😁😁

Lots of posts since my last one!
Well done for your hilly intervals and "proper" Farmers Walk Lesley. You will find it gets easier with practice. When I first started with 4 heavy shopping bags, I had to stop several times and put them down. I can now walk briskly without stopping at all.
Glad that your dental appointment went ok Steve, and well done for this mornings 6.I miles.
Well done for your 28.55 run GG. It's unfortunate that most parkruns are either short, or slightly over distance. Even doing the same one, the distances seem to differ slightly from week to week.
Well done for your 1 seconds seasons best FF.
I Ran a very enjoyable social 8.23 miles in the forest this morning with 4 running friends
