I remember you mentioning it now FF some while ago on one of the threads. I experienced a bad dose of PF many years ago and couldn't walk without strong pain killers; I think I may have mentioned to you that I bought a "PF Boot" which I wore at night time in bed and I'm sure it cleared it up more quickly than any other input would have done. Hope that you're getting back into the groove now.
No run yesterday--I had a bit of a calf pain but it's cleared up after a bit of a rest. Quite magic some of these "rests"!
My usual (!) interval session today and my HR hit what is my max HR (159) so I think I was a bit over enthusiastic if I can say that about such a run!

Well done Steve hitting your hr max during this morning's interval session.

I ran 6.6 miles in the forest this morning with a running buddy, which included 4 x800 metres on a gravel track. Splits were 4.39, 4.19, 4.17 and 4.16 with max hr 161.

Phew.. that's some beating LL! Way, way over my capabilities... I'd be in trouble/serious distress at that rate.
10k, again half with my wife...again she went on to complete 17 miles (20 mile off road event training). I found it a tough effort this morning.
4x800's get you there! Good steady last three hs.

Well done LL, you must have been really pushing the pace.

Well done Steve for your 10k, and amazing 17 miles by your wife.

I did a very slow plod this morning, on and off road, which included a bit of exploring. It was 13k, or 8 miles.

Plodding and exploring sounds perfect hs. I took a rest too today because of various early commitments and it's going to be difficult to fit in a decent distance tomorrow; might be ok if I'm up at 5am.
Hope that Mo gets his 10k qualifying time this evening.
