Well done everyone on your runs. I'd have loved to have gone out this morning, it's cold and no wind but decided I'd try and be a good husband and stay home with my wife as it's her birthday today.

Wishing Mrs FF a happy birthday I’m sure she appreciated you staying home to celebrate.

Well done hs, the road running is getting to me now too. We managed to pick some of the wheelchair friendly paths to feel a bit more off road and found a not too muddy path as part of the loop. 4m done and 31 for the week.

Happy birthday to Mrs FF. Very noble of you to stay home to celebrate your wife's birthday Mr FF🍰🎉

Thanks GG, we are doing another road run tomorrow, but haven't decided how far yet. Well done for managing to pick some wheelchair friendly paths, and a not too muddy path for a 4 mile run. Congratulations for your 31 mile week.

Happy birthday to Mrs FF! Husbando has a cold. If I listened to him I would believe he is at death’s door!

I went ran for 1hr55mins - which got me to where I needed to be for brunch. How lovely to be running in the sunshine for a change even if the trails were very muddy in places!

Good man FF! Hope you both enjoyed the day.

Glad the muddy areas are drying out a bit gg, same here although more rain expected later today.

A pre brunch heckofa work out Mrsb, well one in that and more enjoyable than the treadmill (?).
4.2 miles early this morning as it was just getting light but no glorious sunshine like yesterday. I'm almost back to the break even point for the 1000 to date and should be level by the end of next week. Nothing worse for me as a non racer to see my (arbitrary to some) annual target slip too far away.

Well done for yesterday's run MrsB, you earned that brunch, which I bet went down well.

Well done for this mornings 4.2 miles Steve, bringing you near to the break even point for 1000 miles

This morning was a good, steady pace for a hilly road 10k with the Monday Group

Well done Steve and hillstrider for this morning's runs.
I did get out this morning and ran just over 10 miles, it wasn't yesterday's intended 18 but it is a lovely morning for being outside.

Well done FF, I was out this morning too but only 6.5 miles for me today. Nice and sunny but quite a cold wind here. Still lots of extra water lying around too
