Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Weather ok here today, but heavy rain and strong winds forecast for Friday and Saturday.

A steady 6 miles on the roads this morning, and then 2 rest days before Sundays Salisbury 54321 21k trail race. Passed 1,000 miles this morning, and was top of the leader board for a short while, before 12 Bar David passed me.

Missed seeing you there at the top hillstrider! Lucky having rest days I guess with the anticipated storm--hope you enjoy the trail race which might just be quite muddy then!
Keep cranking up Marky but watch out, Peter is bound to be there at your shoulder again soon!

Thanks Steve, it will probably be muddy, but there is some road, so trail shoes won't be suitable.

Thanks MrsB, I'm hoping the wind will drop tomorrow. My race starts at 11.00, so should be finished before the rain starts, fingers crossed.

I hope you got on ok today hillstrider.

You may be marathon training Mark but I'm sure Peter will be back past you soon.

Raced a 10k Friday night, a steady parkrun yesterday and a steady 8 miles this morning but it's been pretty windy this weekend.

A couple of 5 milers on Bute this weekend.
1 trail run in the sun yesterday followed by a road run this morning in pouring rain. Running steady :-)
