Well done Peter, an excellent time in the heat.
Steve, I don't just run for stress relief, I just love running, especially in the forest. I don't need to do the high mileage that I'm doing, but just enjoy it, especially now that my knee seems ok, and I'm getting quicker with lower average heart rate during runs. Todays Vo2 Max was 49 out of a max of 50 for my age category. this is the highest I have achieved since I started checking it on Garmin Connect.

Well done Peter!
I’ve just booked an appointment with my chiro/sports physio bloke as my ITB is rather oweeeeee!
Did Woodhouse Moor parkrun yesterday and have run 10 miles around London this morning. I’ve also done a bit of yoga as I can’t get an appointment for physio until 5th August and my shocking lack of flexibility can’t be helping!

I'd love to do further miles hillstrider because I love running for running's sake too--trouble is my pace is too slow..a 10k training run before my neural injury would have taken around 43 minutes and long runs of ten miles around seventy minutes and a dawdle. Being out for a much longer time and plodding is too tiring believe it or not! 10k this morning was long enough. Good going Peter and Fenland!

..great Vo2 hillstrider. That ITB needs attention then Mrsb. My wife has just had that identified by her physio and I've been "assisting" with the recovery by using a roller on it twice a day (one of those rollers that are like rolling pins) and massaging it-she does other stuff with the physio and it's already improving after only a few days. Hope yours clears up quickly.
