Lesley - it was amazing! I was so lucky to be travelling with an awesome colleague and out expedition leader was fantastic too. We all shared the same, slightly warped, sense of humour that meant that 4.5 weeks in each others' company was great fun.

Thanks Lesley. Everyone here is putting in some great miles, especially those getting close to the 1,000 already! It might be August (!) but it was more like late September when I was out this morning although the conditions were quite good for running, you know-- a bit of rain , a bit of wind and not too hot!
