Welcome, Kaiser. But I'd not call it jogging if I were you.

So here we are for another year and like many my first day will be a rest day. Not lazy really but trying to be sensible because tomorrow I am running the Tadworth 10M.

Inthe meantime I am already committed to running The Perch at the end of the month, Barcelona Half at the end of February, going on an 8 day social running break in Majorca at end of March/beginning of April and then it will be time for the Bupa London 10000 at the end of May.

I have decided to join a basic Spanish course which starts next week at my local college and will continue to be involved with Nonsuch parkrun. Fortunately I am retired and have the time to do what I want to do nowadays.

Enjoy today/tomorrow folks and enjoy whatever it is that you decide to do.

Just set my target mileages for Swim/Bike & Run . I am publicly declaring them to be Swim 50M/ Bike 1050M and Run 1000M just in case i get tempted to delete them and put in a 'revised' (ahem) figure :-)

ps welcome along Kaiser.

That man from March
Here we go again. Coffee, stretch and then I'm going for a trundle to loosen up after yesterday's New Year's Eve 10k.
