I'd of thought the first theme should be Disney related being thats why we get to wait until mid jan for the first list

But how does the theme work? Do we run in disney outfist etc or how does it transpose to the miles we run? Sorry, but I'd like to know more about these themes before I go and suggest dungeons and dragons or whatnot

I aimed for 1250 this year but ballsed it up early doors and have ended up on just 580. Problem was that as soon as I got behind on my miles, I lost motivation and gave up on my target. Needed to hit 100 miles per month (or just over) and only managed it once in August. 1000 is more realistic and if I can get motivated I can always jump up to the 1250... |

Nywanda, you can run in an appropriate if you like:-) As KS says, its a fun way of dividing up the groups. KS- Disney will be the first theme, but I'm open to suggestions all through the year, so if ther's something you fancy or particularly like, I'll try to accomodate you. |

Karen, there's always involved:-) Don't forget the only rule is you MUST dance when you get your 1000th mile, regardless of where you are, the only exception is if you are in a race, so you are allowed to delay your dance until the finish line:-) |
