Off the mark today with 7.3 miles with some faster-than-programmed hill intervals. I need to learn to distinguish my Garmin's "too slow" trill from the "too fast" trill. Still, quite nice to look down and see 6:40 min/mile on the screen, albeit for a few seconds. 🤣
