Home again after completing just under 4. Just not feeling it today. Think my 150 mile month badge will have to wait for another time. 60/100

I’m going to try a little plod tomorrow cough has subsided and we’ve walked every day around 3-3.5m chest has been ok. Still feeling tired and think I’ll have a couple of days to try to get my energy back before I go back to work.
