52/100 and happy with having a couple of miles in hand.
Oops😂 hopelessly misread your thread Gobi! Great 5k effort there.
And great to have put the miles in Welshpoppy with all that action going on around you.

Sigh
I really like the Weekly Run Distance chart, helps when staging a comeback.

I got my mild hamstring strain midway through w/c 18 April (the week with 12 miles), here's my rest/recovery and build back up so far:

Keeping off short, sharp speedwork until I've got my mileage back up to 20-25/week comfortably.

Good luck with the move Welshpoppy, hope everything goes smoothly!

Sounds very sensible Sigh and that's a good tip about using the Weekly Distance chart. Hope you're well on the way to full recovery.

10M this morning, a lovely out and back along the trailway. 58.3/100.

Ran a lovely sunny 11 miler this morning. Ingested 2 flies, scooped a third off my eyeball. Saw someone being baptised in the river I was running alongside and some kind of organised group dog walk with more huskies than a Jack London novel. And then as I headed back nearer home, a man relieving himself in broad daylight at the tram stop.
Who needs telly?
Takes me up to 68/100. Nice to have a buffer zone for the rest of the month.
