3M (aka MarkyMarkMark)
10 miler this morning brings me up to 48.2/100. I interrupted my run to call the dentist, because I have toothache. However, I'm not sure I can blame my pace on my mouth! Is that a legitimate niggle? What's the expression - running your mouth off?

Toothache is horrible, but even worse running if the air is cold, hope you can get it fixed swiftly
G , be cautious
Like sensible Sigh
Two little runs today, continually rescheduling landscape bloke messed with my planning. 5 and a bit gets me to 55.6/100 Not sure where the next run window is coming from - unless I suddenly regain the ability to run at 6AM, which is unlikely

I am behind with no excuses of illness or injury, just my own idleness. Did manage 5 miles this evening though 35.1/100

Hope you can find a dentist M3, quite difficult to get one here. Good approach there Sigh. Glad your calf is not too bad. 44/100. Recent ECG and bloods somewhat inconclusive( I'd asked for checks cos of family heart issues and my HR). Some abnormality picked up with stethoscope and GP will ask for advice from cardiology. P***** me off really although I'm still getting out there. Considering going for private stress test. Advised to take statins. Hmm.
