I have no idea what gets me, I didn’t ever used to suffer - it’s only the last half dozen years or so and it’s getting worse each year
April-June are the worst months

I started to be like that feb/March when we moved house I think it was tree sap. Touch wood hadn’t been as bad this year.

Good to see you back out gg, hope you're on the mend now.
Another one here who's 'grown into' some kind of hayfever. I'm told I have mild asthma but I definitely feel much wheezier when the pollen gets high.
Track this evening, plus running there and back as my bike had a flat tyre and no time to change it. 65.5/100.

63/100 for me, and I noticed I’d done 1111 in the last 365 days
I’m hoping it’s warmer tomorrow - we had a week of 25-28 degrees every day but it’s cooler now, and dropping down to 2 or 3 tonight.
WP - I hope you enjoy your new home - it’ll be scary, but hopefully exciting too
Gg glad you’re on the mend

Nope, Achilles pretty sore after yesterday's very slow easy trot. So at least a couple more days rest. Could be my first month fail. Grrr. G
