Fetch says if I do 22m a week I will also hit my first every 1000m year very exciting

Started my morning with a goal pace run, probably the hardest on my training plan so far, so I was really pleased to make it through 45 minutes of target HM pace Just over 8M including WU and CD for 94.5/100, hopefully over the line with tomorrow's run.
