We did a point to point from home to pick up the Grand Union canal and run into London, with some progression in pace along the way. All good until the final mile when it got very crowded on the towpath, and in stop-starting around the people Mr CasB did a quite impressive trip, stumble, stagger and face plant - no significant damage done but he's going to have proper playground knee scabs!
