Did just shy of 11miles alone this morning including my local parkrun where I trotted round in 20 mins.(volunteered to be a pacer next week) 25 down!

Dragged an unsuspecting friend who is halfway through the C25K programme out for the full 5k. Oops! She survived. 🙂 22.x/100.
