Well done FF. Hope dog is okay Gobi.
Nice chatty parkrun in the drizzle for 16.6/100, need it to stop raining so I can get out in the garden but don't think it's going to, sadly.

A long run for me this morning. Getting in a few extra miles because I don't envisage doing much running in the last two weeks of the month when I'm on my cruise. 36.1/100 so far.

Sounds like nice running happening! Well done all. I’m aiming to get out later, I broke my streak yesterday.

My woofer has been to the vets for drugs she has a swollen face and is feeling a little sorry for herself.
Did just shy of 11miles alone this morning including my local parkrun where I trotted round in 20 mins.(volunteered to be a pacer next week)
25 down!

5k around the streets of Swanwick this morning before a crammed programme of meetings juggled to make it possible for folks to watch most of the coronation in the daytime.
Dragged an unsuspecting friend who is halfway through the C25K programme out for the full 5k. Oops! She survived. 🙂
22.x/100.
