Some good racing this weekend gone - well done all! 5 miles this morning gets me to 28/100. Hip is niggling so I think I may rest tomorrow for a day to see whether it makes things any better.

Congrats GM, stellar racing!
Rosehip, great work, lots of time on your feet!
I'm on 43 after 26.2 on the weekend, over both days, I didn't run a marathon. On Saturday, I ran a local hill race, won the F40, missed out on the overall podium by 9 seconds against a younger woman but beat my friend for the first time in a sprint by a second. 53 seconds faster than last year, I'm happy.
18 miles on Sunday on tired legs. I'm looking forward to a couple of recovery days

46.1/100 after running a gentle 5k with my beginners group. First time under 40 minutes for my latest addition to the group. My legs are happy, too.
