And there is something so wonderful about running near the sea and on the actual sand was special. Beaches I have never been on before. 20 mins from my house. What the actual?! G

What a treat to discover somewhere so nice to run close to home! 10.5M for me this morning. I joined the local athletics club as part of joining my track group last year, and a few of the other members have just started a monthly social long run so I went along this morning. We had a lovely chatty run, followed by excellent cake in a new-to-me cafe. Really good fun - and I may have been persuaded to run for the club next month! 23.3/100.

Congrats on your race GM and we’ll done for the long runs 😃G & Rosehip and your run sounded fab CasB Today I went to a race organised by Saturn Running, great events and super supportive. Today was about getting my friend her first half marathon which she did. So proud of her. That brings me to 30/100 quite a shock as I don’t feel like I’ve done anything big this week.
