First run in over 2 weeks ! It was slow but I ran I would like my legs back as mine are stiff tree trunks at the moment. 48 minutes done.
Think I am on 14.3/100 I am going for the wooden spoon again it seems.

38/100, and 66 would take me through 1500 for the year. Tricky but doable

Good miles, Ness
Just four for me, the ice has been replaced by deep puddles and its wet and grey and windy - *always something to moan about* 54.5/100 might be tighter than I thought, need a long run.

Similar, RH! I trod in one I didn't pick up in my headlight, wet socks aren't my favourite thing!
5 miles in the pre-dawn (which isn't hard at the moment!) darkness, 67/100.

7.5 miles in the late afternoon warmish gloom - 60/100 - I do like a run in the fading light either in winter or summer
