I am struggling massively at the moment. My head is definitely in reset mode fighting with the reality that I’m not laid up. I don’t know how I could have managed to put my feet up. Fighting to go out for a couple of miles as better than nothing but I really can’t be bothered. Think I’ll finish tidying the house instead and be happy with a little walk and looking forward to running with a friend tomorrow. Life is a balancing act a fine one at that at times.

Take it easy gg and give yourself a bit of grace, it's really tough when plans change so unexpectedly. You've had some fantastic running achievements this year so a quieter month isn't anything to worry about.
