Well done either way though - dogs cover a lot more ground when running with people! My commute takes me up to 76/100, but that's it for the office for a few weeks! And with visiting family, Christmas and going away, 100 might not quite happen!

With me running there is a level of with me that she has so whereas walk a mile she does 2 running I doubt it is more than .5 extra per mile. However she is VERY fast
