Will have to see what I can squeeze in when we're back!

Lead a night run through the woods on Friday with some ru Ning club pals, yesterday went to Town Moor parkrun with a friend to meet TheScribbler for her birthday run and saw PenW too. Alice & I then did some promo photos for We Run Bright (it’s blogged) and then went to the poppy installation at a local park. Today Magsy & I did a run to finish at the Remembrance Day Parade in my local town, my father in law is ex RAF and he was marching. Makes me emotional every year
