I thought I’d run this morning but I was up at 3:50 yesterday and home at 10.30, legs also still a bit tender from the weekend and generally just feel shattered, so I’m skipping it, I may run when I get home if not tomorrow.

2nd rest day in a row for me can’t remember the last time I had 2 days off

The weekend of very poor sleep and fighting something knocked me but feeling better today so should be ok tomorrow morning

Will probably do a 5k ish tomorrow & then an easy track session on Friday eve with the club.

Not running tonight I feel dreadful, the weekend catching up with me then a very long day yesterday and Covid jab this morning = need for early night.
