Thank you all abs to think 700 was a stretch target I have to be happy even if I don’t do another mile this year. Sure I’ll be back on the 22nd currently feeling fine. I planned on a Run tomorrow after a few days feeling under the weather. Sigh

Enforced recovery..ugh..geordiegirl. Get better swiftly. Hadn't banked on chasing the target this month myself but couldn't have anyway because there's something wrong with my foot; had to walk back home just a half mile into a run yesterday, tried a run this morning and took three paces before my foot gave way. A few days off and I'm sure it'll be ok.

Sorry to hear about your positive test GG, hope it’s a mild dose of Covid and hope you feel better soon.
Steve, sorry to hear about your niggles with your foot too - hopefully it will recover with a few days rest.
Sigh - brilliant mileage, well done on exceeding your previous yearly mileage by November!
42.5/100 for me after tonight’s run

48.5/100, a short jog at lunch but so happy to report that felt the best run for ages and my legs had power.
