Hoping to get out at the weekend. (All depends on the dreaded test. I’m still sure it’s a cold but Zoe app offered a test so just been down - definite improvement I couldn’t have considered driving for it yesterday)

He had a heart attack last year and was running less than 2 months later. Think I’m on 37/100 will catch up later in the month as I’m doing RTS.
Sprout Nov 2020 5:00am, 12 Nov 2020 1,269 posts	0 Sprout 4 last night with the 3rd mile being a Sea to Summit club lockdown challenge, tough mile! 61.1/100 Shame your not local then Gobi, I'll probably attempt it mid December. I've got a week off around there. 5k & 10k to get done first, maybe this weekend for the 5k if I can stop overthinking it
