A nice 10k this morning!
The sky looked like it was on fire behind the Racecourse Stands. (Now it's just "grey" - again.)
No sign of any significant reduction in traffic here, either.
46/100.

Gosh seeing your numbers fly is reminding me I’m sinking behind but still don’t feel like I have the strength to even put my trainers on. Hoping to get out at the weekend. (All depends on the dreaded test. I’m still sure it’s a cold but Zoe app offered a test so just been down - definite improvement I couldn’t have considered driving for it yesterday)

Sigh
39/100 FTM, however just 3 to go to equal last year's record annual mileage of 1100.
Another 5 planned for tomorrow, assuming I can escape from meetings!

Sigh you’re not far from me. Colin Pheasant is a member of my club however I only ever see him at Parkrun. He had a heart attack last year and was running less than 2 months later.
Think I’m on 37/100 will catch up later in the month as I’m doing RTS.

Shame your not local then Gobi, I'll probably attempt it mid December. I've got a week off around there. 5k & 10k to get done first, maybe this weekend for the 5k if I can stop overthinking it
