15.2/100. Not the most pleasant underfoot this morning, as in most places it was a slushy, slippy mess. There were some bits were there was still compacted snow, and even some parts where the snow was still quite deep, but even that seemed to be melting enough that you couldn’t get a secure footing.

Hoping it will all be gone tomorrow.

Went trampolining yesterday so every muscle in my body hurts today which meant my run was tough today. A slow 7.2 miles means I did 30 miles this week.

Wow Jenny...if your run surface was like mine was early today then that 15 miler is pretty special! I called it a day after just one mile! The trail where I usually run was several cm deep with slush and I was slipping all over the place.
Impressive Akie and AL too.

Steve, it was only 10 this morning, and that was bad enough!(Managed 5 on Thursday which was also hard work, so 15 is the total for the month so far). I don’t blame you for turning back, it wasn’t nice! I know two friends who’ve managed 75 mile weeks this week in this weather, which I’m impressed by as I’ve just scraped to 21!

I did take a slight tumble in the first mile (bizarrely on a clear section of pavement), fortunately didn’t do too much damage, will probably have some bruising tomorrow though.
