York is Celebrating St David's Day by flying a big Cross of St George over the city centre!
Nice couple of very slow snow miles down the road this morning. I think I shall reverse the process at lunchtime and take my laptop home!

Running club tonight has just been cancelled as the venue we meet at have decided not to open. Now to decide whether to risk a run on my own from home or just use the dreadmill.

Off the mark for March with a slow 5 miler in my Inov-8s after being sent home from work early.
Peter, I also set a new layer PB (not as many as you though!) one merino base, one long sleeve mid layer, one Gore top layer, jacket, hat, two buffs (one round neck, one over face), three pairs of gloves, full length leggings (first time in about two years I’ve worn leggings, and first time ever wearing full length as opposed to three quarter), compression socks underneath and shorts on top.
How bad is it in Bournemouth westmoors? Our club night is cancelled tonight, but we do now have a red warning in force.
My weekend is now looking a lot emptier - last night they called off Saturday’s XC in Bristol, today they cancelled Sunday’s HM in Newport.

Slow 5 with a mate this afternoon. Way worse underfoot than yesterday. Timed it well as it's now a proper white-out again.
Baselayer, long sleeved top, fleece, waterproof jacket, buff, hat, gloves and shorts for me
Stay safe anyone that ventures out.
