I hope everyone is ok. I’m taking an extra rest day today because have been feeling a bit unwell and suffering more than usual aches and pains. I think I’ve just been training for too long without rest because of December and then this month’s race postponement.
Will see how I feel tomorrow.

Hope you feel better soon Ness. I may run tonight but that will depend on how wet it is at home.

Hope you get better soon, Ness.
I've been resting a few days due to an achilles niggle. Going to test it tomorrow.

Did 13.1 miles tonight, my annual crack at a half marathon in training seeing as I never race them.

Another 3 done, which puts me on 22 for the month so far. Hopefully I can keep the impetus up.

finally up to double figures now most of the snow has gone, this month should be pretty easy with a race which covers over half the target in one hit
