That's where you've been going wrong Maz, running on your lungs won't do much good, legs are much better.
24/100 after a decent run this morning.

Glad things have turned around for you, Pedroscalls. Hope the same happens for you, steve45.
I’ve decided it’s my unbalanced gait on the treadmill, oh and doing two long runs in one week the other week that struck me.
I now have a new date for Warwick Half to work to so that helps.

44 after a slow but tougher than expected 15 last night. I think my total lack of consistent long runs is what's currently killing my training.

I've found two double digit mile runs per week, every week, has helped no end.
And polarized training has been really advantageous. The slow is slow, but the hard is hard.
I'm not good enough for a 80:20 slow:hard split, it is more like 95:5

86/100 tidy start to the month but no more run commuting so definitely won’t keep this mileage up!!

Interval session at club last night was challenging with the added hills. Efforts alternated between being on the flat, downhill and uphill! 33/100

Another 4 today, puts me on 26. Hopefully get another 3 or 4 tomorrow, and manage a less abortive LSR on Sunday to get me near half way...
