Ok on pavements and roads now with all snow and slush gone but the trails are lethal it frozen slush so my run was a poor 3 miler. Probably a good excuse though because I'm not running well at the moment and I was kind of glad that I had a reason to cut it short. Again! Typical to take a tumble where there was no snow Jenny...hope there isn't any ache or bad bruising. Yeah, some people have done ok despite the weather, my wife has done several ten milers during this nasty period but I'm truly on the back foot again this month so far. 10/100

So very tired. Marathon in the snow, ice and slush on Sunday. Barely managed to move my legs yesterday. 4 hard miles this morning. 39/100

You need to think "appropriate recovery" Bexley! Nice normal conditions again but not running well still...looks like I'll miss the target yet again for the third time in three years unless I can get some oomph back! 13/100

Thanks Steve. I think (hope) that my tiredness is more vocation induced rather than recreational. Rarely feel very positive running into the office in a morning after 45 mins on a commuter train. Hope you find that inspiration and pick up the miles soon.
