28 after a nice crisp n early 5 this morning.
parkrun #149 tomorrow, then have a slight dilemma next week on whether to run my #150 at a random parkrun (Bakewell) ,I have a race that starts at 10 over that way so can squeeze it in, or just skip the parkrun and do it at my home one instead.

Excellent mileage, Pedroscalls and others. I’m hoping to get out in the milder weather this weekend.

Less mileage this week as I had a tight back after doing over 13 miles Tuesday. Bit of parkrun tourism today at St Helens.
