Set out to do 60 minutes easy and get my two Fetchpoint bugs. First mile with eL Bee!, who was going to the pharmacy. Turning left on to the A596 (3.3 miles) I started doing 60dp efforts with 40dp recoveries and continued until I got down to where I had to go into the waste ground on Station Road to get a bug (a bit over 1.5 mile of efforts and recoveries, I lost count early on but the Fetch splits make it 13 reps). Jogged back up the hill, down the main street, and round Ellen Garth to avoid committing *literal violence* against either metric or imperial Fetchies. Picked up the pace again at 6 miles.
Warmish, decent breeze from the west, legs felt good after not running yesterday.
