Notes & Comments

It's wetter, windier and darker today than it was yesterday, and with a freeze forecast for the end of the week I needed to know that the treadmill was working and get the first bout calf DOMS over and done with. And also, my mileage for the year was sitting at 2021.7.
2min each @ 8, 8.2, 8.4, 8.6 and 8.8km/hr, 18min @ 9km/hr, 1min each @ 8.5 and 8km/hr. Kept the belt flat. Interestingly, with the chest strap on the distance on the treadmill display (4.389km) and the Garmin distance were identical.
