My first parkrun in 13 weeks and I was aiming for sub-35. I’m pleased with the time and happy with how it felt. I didn’t push hard but did go harder than I have for many weeks. My hamstring grumbled slightly at the end but was very quiet all the way round.
I’m back 🥳
