Cats Whiskers Did this as a training run. Wanted c. 9mm and was almost bang on. Thought I might struggle from 10m as I'm short of distance at the moment but coped better than I expected and even managed to pick it up a bit in the final mile or so.

Once a Sprinter ... A really nice local half marathon ... but I had forgotten how long the uphill drags were! Very friendly volunteers at race HQ and I enjoyded my post-race tea
