Running Caz Really pleased with this. Felt very good whole way round. Was pretty comfy for most of this although I did put in a bit more at times. Distance wise it was over and done with before I knew it. Wish I'd pushed as am very happy with the time considering the lack of real effort .... didn't take it easy though!!

TRUCKER hope for a good 10k to end the year. Trying to race just after Christmas with the lurke doesnt work i was alright until about 5 miles or so then the cold air got on my chest and i had a coughing fit i thought my left lung was on its way up. well thats the last race of 2008 and just about sums up my running year 2009 has to be better
