48 years young, married to Susan with twin daughters Juliet and Olivia. Live on the Shropshire/Staffordshire border in beautiful countryside.
Have always been a jogger but since joining Newport & District running club in September 2008 I have started taking my running more seriously. Though I am working on improving my speed I am also looking to build on my endurance with the aim of improving my half marathon time to the low 1:30s and to look to run a marathon later in 2009 and just maybe move into ultra marathon running in the hills.
